I'm Jacek.

I photograph dogs — in forests, parks, mountains, and city streets.

Before dogs became my focus, I spent a decade photographing weddings and family sessions. My work took me from the Kraków Opera to restaurants such as Steampunk Wodna Wieża. Then I decided it was time for a change and stepped into the world of IT.

My joy for photography returned when a little dog named Wafel joined our family.

Wafel changed more than just my daily routine. Thanks to him, I lost 7 kilograms, met wonderful people, and started seeing dogs in a completely different light. Today, I see them not just as loyal companions, but as unique personalities — each with a story worth telling.

We train, travel, and compete together. Wafel collects medals, I collect reasons to keep picking up my camera.

Somewhere between the show ring and the forest trail, HeyBuddy came to life.

And the people who love them.

I love creating clean, timeless portraits — a dog, good light, the right moment. But what matters most to me is something else entirely: the connection between a dog and their person.

A glance that says more than any pose ever could.

A burst of laughter when a dog does something wonderfully silly.

The quiet moments when they sit side by side, simply enjoying each other's company.

These are the photographs that matter most. The ones worth holding on to.

I work outdoors — in forests, parks, meadows, cities, and the mountains. Always with natural light, usually in the late afternoon.

I primarily photograph in the Silesia and Lesser Poland regions—from Katowice, Pszczyna, and Bielsko-Biała to the Beskid Mountains and the Błędów Desert. I don't believe great photos require spectacular locations. We can just as easily meet at your home or in your garden. The best photographs are created where your dog feels comfortable and at ease
